Therefore if I had a SSAS at the time I would have saved at least the above £400k (that has since gone to the government) and I would have put the whole £1,000,000 into my SSAS, using it in the two most powerful ways: Loan Backs and 3rd Party Loans. If I knew what I knew now, I would’ve been able to buy more property investments with MY £400,000. Today I believe the value of that £400,000, would have risen in value over the last 15 years to about £1,500,000. Therefore, you could argue that this one piece of advice, that I didn’t receive, cost me in excess of £1.5 million! This leads me nicely onto why I built the SSAS Experience Network Exclusive Members Club. With a passion of helping others, I wanted to spread the word and teach others what I didn’t know, whilst also having a lot of FUN experiences together. I believe this is the best way to do business and make money.
When I sold my business, (a top 5 London / UK branding and marketing business, retiring at the age of 42), I kept waking up bored on a Monday to Friday. At that time, I loved skiing, golf, motorbikes, cars, wakeboarding and helping others, and wanted to use my newly found free time to help mentor others to reach their dream life, as I had mine. I decided to set up Entrepreneur & Business Networks and Masterminds, based around my above passions. I’d found a GAP in the market and it became an instant hit. Now we take away about 100/150 entrepreneurs each year on fun experiences and when you mix passion with pleasure, it can’t be called ‘work’!
3 years ago, before Covid, I pivoted these experience networks to mostly focus on SSAS education. Helping people find out about, or those who have a SSAS, to learn about all the things they don’t know yet, it quickly became clear that most who have one don’t know the full power of what they have.
